Compilation of three different manuscripts bound together, leaves 1-62, 63-102 and 103-118. Part I: Synodikon of Emperor Boril is the main and first part, beginning on leaf 1a. It contains [vʺzglasi] of the Orthodox Faith, commemoration lists and various anathemas for heretics (leaf 6), lists of Greek Emperors (leaf 25a), followed by the history of the Ecumenical Council held in Turnovo in 1210, and the founding of the Turnovo diocese. Leaf 30a, list for whom to offer prayers ("sinodik") with references to Wallachian dukes on leaf 35b added later (15th/16th cent.). Leaf 36a, list is continued with Bulgarian Patriarchs of Prĕslav, Turnovo, Metropolitans of various dioceses under the Patriarchate. Leaf 40a, references to Serbian rulers Stefan Uroš, Vukašin and despot Ugli︠e︡sha, as well as Wallachian dukes. Leaf 41a, Rite of Annointing the Tsar followed by prayers and rites.
